HIGH TECH LEGAL VIDEO’s President, Edgar Teran Jr., CLVS, CCVS, is a Certified Legal Video Specialist by the National Court Reporters Association; and a Certified Court Video Specialist by the American Guild of Court Videographers, where he is a member of the President's Advisory Council. He has been trained by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) Seminar & Forum.

Edgar has ample experience in the Film & Video Production fields, as a director, producer, editor and digital animator.

He obtained a bachelor degree in Communications, Visual Media, and a Minor Degree in Art, from the American University in Washington, where he graduated in 1989.

In 1990 he established Imagica Producciones, in Quito - Ecuador, a prestigious Film & Video production company, where he was the Director until 2003. He is still the main shareholder.

He has been a partner in Animotion, a Digital Animation company based in Quito, Ecuador; and Chroma Graph, a Graphics & Printing Services facility in the same city.

In 2003 he founded, and is the President of The Image Boutique, Inc., a Film, Video, Multimedia and Web Design production company in Miami Florida.
